Ingredients & Allergens
Do your products contain allergens?
Many of our baked goods contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and soy. Some recipes also include peanuts or tree nuts.
Are your products made in an allergen-free kitchen?
No. All products are prepared in a home kitchen that also processes common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact.
Freshness & Storage
Are your treats baked fresh?
Yes! Every order is baked in small batches to ensure it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
How should I store my cookies?
Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months. Allow frozen cookies to come to room temperature before serving, or warm them for a few seconds in the microwave for that fresh-from-the-oven taste.

Pickup & Delivery
Do you ship?
No. At this time, Bean & Bear Baking Co. offers local pickup and local delivery only. This allows us to ensure every order is enjoyed as fresh as possible.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup details, including the location and instructions, will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! Local delivery is available within our service area. Delivery options and fees, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are ready within a few days, depending on availability and the collection you've selected. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup or scheduled for delivery.
